grants

The Rotary Club of Los Angeles supports a wide range of philanthropic projects, awarding hundreds of thousands of dollars annually to projects in our local community. This is in addition to the international projects we support and the many educational scholarships we provide to local youth. There are two types of grants offered:

Community Service Grants ­ Capital improvement grants are funded by LA5 members through the club¹s Annual Giving Campaign. Grants are awarded once a year, based on applications submitted to the Community Service Grants Committee. The committee reviews grant proposals and evaluates the organizations through site visits. Grant recipients are then determined..
